Matt is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and qualified Pilates teacher with experience working in Premiership football and London teaching hospitals.
Matt has a desire for helping people discover positivity, health, vitality, and resilience through movement in a fun, engaging, and motivating way. Through experience Matt has helped people with wide ranging goals and expectations using the Pilates method. These include people with personal health and fitness goals, athletes with specific performance goals, to more complex goals helping people suffering with persistent pain.
